You have 30 days from the date you received your item/s to send back your return or exchange.
If your order was $200 or over, you’re eligible for FREE returns & exchanges.
Yes, you can even return sale items for a refund!

Follow these steps
- Email me as soon as you know you'll be returning an item: clare@storyline.au
- Our recyclable mailers have two sticky strips, so you can reuse the original packaging to send your item/s back.
- Simply write our address on the mailer we sent you and cross out the original label.
- Return address: storyline clothing, 92 Keen st, Lismore NSW 2480

When exchanging for an alternative item, we will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you.
Return shipping costs are the customers responsibility if order is $199 or less
If you're trying on garment many times to decide, we really appreciate removing perfume and making sure the items stay away from surfaces with animal hair.
- The garment must not have been worn or laundered.
- In the case of a faulty garment, no attempt has been made to repair it.
- Original shipping costs will not be refunded if order was not above $200.
- Any garments received outside the 30 day period may not be refunded.
